What is the 1000 Pound Club?
The 1000 Pound Club is a badge of honor that refers to individuals who are able to lift a combined one rep max total of 1000 pounds or more in the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift. Make it to the 1000lb club and get a free T-Shirt!
1000 Pound Club Rules
To join the club and make it on the leaderboard at whatever weight you can get to, you have to hit 300 pounds or more with clean form on the big 3. The lifts have to be done at the home gym and within 1 hour or on the same day at the Championship of Gainz.
